Visitor,
What happened recently made me think about how many people quietly live with pain for far too long.
A client recently came to me with constant wrist numbness and pain and was already considering surgery for carpal tunnel.
Instead, we worked with shiatsu therapy. We focused on the full nerve pathway, circulation, and relieving pressure where the issue may have actually been originating.
Within weeks, sensation started returning… and surgery was no longer necessary.
What I've learned is that in many cases, people wait too long because they assume surgery is their only option.
What’s interesting is how often the root cause isn’t where the pain shows up.
To be clear—there are cases where surgery is necessary.
But many people are never shown other options.
That’s the gap I try to help with.
If this sounds familiar, feel free to reply to this email—I’m happy to share more.
Wishing you well,
Horacio Roa
